Terms appearing with an initial capital letter not defined in the Privacy Policy are defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Company.

The personal data concerned by the processing implemented within the framework of these are:

Processing Purposes
Account Management
Information relating to the Customer Account is processed to create and manage the Customer Account. The legal basis for this processing is consent. This can be withdrawn at any time. However, the communication of the User's personal data is essential for creating a Customer Account. Refusal to provide this data results in the inability to create the Customer Account.
Order Processing
Information relating to Product and/or Service orders is collected for order processing and tracking purposes, as well as for fraud prevention, statistical analysis, and customer knowledge purposes. The legal basis for this processing is the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. The communication of the User's personal data is essential for placing an order on the Website. Refusal to provide this data results in the inability to process any order.

Clip2Earn also uses certain personal data of Users for marketing and targeted advertising purposes (sending electronic communications, postal or telephone prospecting, and advertising profiling by combining data) for its own account or that of partners. The legal basis for this processing is consent. This can be withdrawn at any time, in which case commercial communications directed to the User will cease.
3. Personal Data Recipients

The User is informed that Clip2Earn may also share their personal data with public organizations or authorities making the request to comply with a legal obligation or protect rights and with potential future acquirers in compliance with the Personal Data Regulation.
Certain personal data may be transmitted to Clip2Earn partners (the "Subsequent Sub-processors"). Clip2Earn's Subsequent Sub-processors have their own privacy policies to which the User is invited to refer. Clip2Earn informs the User of any addition or modification of Subsequent Sub-processors intervening on the scope of processing it performs via the update of its Privacy Policy. The User is invited to regularly consult this Privacy Policy and to make known any objection concerning a Subsequent Sub-processor, in writing and as soon as possible.
4. Data Retention Period
Users' personal data is only retained for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which Clip2Earn collected this data, in order to meet Users' needs or to fulfill its legal or regulatory archiving obligations.
To establish the retention period for personal data, Clip2Earn applies the following criteria:
- in case of Product and/or Service orders: personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and three years after collection or the last contact with the User, for commercial prospecting purposes;
- Clip2Earn may retain certain data in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations regarding archiving in order to allow it to exercise its rights and/or for statistical or historical purposes.
At the end of the above periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
